Coldwell Banker contracted Curtis and Company to create a series of ads to raise awareness of their new office in Manhattan Beach. This office was part of a new concept using the latest technologies and services to assist their agents and clients in buying and selling homes. The ads also promoted the experience and local knowledge of the agents in this office and the advantages it provided clients.
